Qualifications

• 15+ years as a superintendent on high-end residential projects.
• Experience with architect-driven design, fine finishes, and complex details.
• Proven ability to build trust with discerning clients and teams.
• Strong scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and site safety.
• Clear, calm communication and proactive problem solving.
• Experience with green building or high-performance homes is a plus.
• Experience with Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision of construction activities and trades.
• Build relationships with homeowners, architects and designers.
• Maintain master schedule with three-week look-aheads and monitor progress.
• Interpret drawings and ensure work matches design intent.
• Support budgets, costs, and change orders; coordinate with pre-construction.
• Maintain safe, clean, organized job sites.
• Manage punch list and closeout to ensure client satisfaction.
