Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in electrical construction project management.
• Strong mathematical and financial analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of electrical theory, code, and construction methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Accubid estimating software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, change orders, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings to communicate scope, strategy, and expectations.
• Oversee budgeting, WIP reports, and profitability forecasting.
• Monitor progress through meetings and site visits; address field issues.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor negotiations to ensure complete scopes and pricing.
• Ensure safety performance and closeout documentation.
