Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 4 years' experience in loan servicing or collections.
• Experience with investor reporting and HMDA/agency reporting is helpful.
• Ability to follow regulatory requirements and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain investor and insurer reporting and remittances for residential loans.
• Interact with agencies and investors to resolve reporting issues.
• Facilitate customer service from loan closing to collection and repayment setup.
• Assist with adverse action processes and file verification for 2nd level review.
• Support servicing system knowledge and escrow accounting.
