Foothills Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Servicer to manage residential and commercial construction loans from setup to repayment. The role requires reviewing budgets, managing disbursements, and ensuring documentation accuracy.

You will collaborate with builders, borrowers, and loan staff to maintain service levels and compliance. Responsibilities include processing payoffs, lien releases, and coordinating with third parties.

Qualifications

• Experience with different types of construction loans or starting at Servicer I.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0 - <5 years for Servicer I; >5 - <10 years for Servicer II; >10 years for Servicer II.

Responsibilities

• Review loan approvals and terms, set up budgets and disbursement files.
• Collect and verify required documents (insurance, W9s, business docs).
• Ensure timely disbursements within SLAs and provide customer service.
• Interface with loan officers, title companies, borrowers, builders, and inspectors.
