Responsibilities

• Provide reception and customer service for the Construction Department.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Process Construction checks promptly and document final completion certificates (442s).
• Track branch inspections and support documentation.
• Explain department policies clearly to customers and staff.
• Evaluate loans in process and issue disbursement checks as instructed.
• Enter budgets into construction-related programs.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings with contractors, lending staff and borrowers.
