• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with courtesy and tact.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist commercial loan officer with new loan applicants, gathering initial documentation necessary to make loan decisions.
• Prepare documents for commercial loans, including Laser Pro documentation and closings.
• Assist lender with loan closings and follow up after closings as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of lending programs, regulations, procedures and documentation.
• Assist with portfolio maintenance and servicing questions for customers and lenders.
• Assist with reports, scheduling, and events for bank meetings and client interactions.
• Support marketing efforts and referrals to Glacier Bank products.
