Valley Bank of Kalispell is seeking a diligent Loan Operations Processor to support our lending team. You will handle construction draws, insurance payouts, and reconcile general ledger accounts while serving as a primary contact for customers.

Responsibilities include processing draws and payouts, maintaining documents, responding to inquiries, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy across loan files. Strong attention to detail and independent work style are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Process Construction Draws and FBO Account Draws, collecting W-9 information, 1099 reporting, producing lien waivers, coordination with construction inspectors for inspections.
• Process Insurance Payouts from Escrow Accounts, update loan files with new insurance, and update Note Ticklers.
• Monitor and balance multiple General Ledger Accounts.
• Prepare Payoff Quotes.
• Review Transaction Exceptions and Note Exceptions.
• Review Coupon Orders.
• Prepare Adverse Actions and Loan Monitoring.
• Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) monthly and send annual notices.
• Review Appraisals and Certified Market Analyses.
• Prepare Morning Reports.
• Customer Service - Answer Phones and Direct Walk-in Customers.
• Notary Public.
• Filing.
• Reconvenances.
