• Proven track record of settling cases.

• The role primarily supports the firm's Construction Practice Group on single family housing matters.
• Attorneys in these positions are responsible for a high volume of matters and must be confident in their autonomy.
• Many of the cases proceed in arbitration rather than in circuit court.
• Requires experience conducting discovery, drafting motions, arguing one or more motions in court, and some deposition and trial experience.
• Strong preference for experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance claims, construction and design defect claims, and related matters.
• A proven track record in settling cases is required.
• Prior experience managing a team of paralegals and support staff is beneficial.
