• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse subject matter areas.
• Strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
• Participate in discovery, including document review, written discovery, and depositions.
• Assist with hearing, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Work directly with clients and assist in managing ongoing litigation matters.
• Support matters across multiple substantive practice areas as business needs require.
