Qualifications

• 2-4 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm.
• Strong experience representing corporate clients in complex business disputes.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and drafting skills.
• New York Bar admission required; admission in NJ, CT, or MA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation materials.
• Conduct complex legal research and develop case strategy with partners and senior attorneys.
• Manage written discovery, document review, and discovery-related disputes.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Take increasing ownership of matters as experience grows.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice areas on sophisticated disputes.
