Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Learning Content Developer to craft engaging training experiences across e-learning modules, videos, job aids, facilitator guides, presentations, and graphics. You will translate complex information into practical resources, partner with SMEs and leadership, and reprioritize materials for accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in instructional design, learning and development.
• Familiarity with construction industry or corporate training environments is preferred.
• Understanding of adult-learning principles, e-learning development, and training content creation.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning resources and to work with SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging learning content in formats such as e-learning modules, videos, job aids, guides, presentations and graphics.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders to identify learning needs and define objectives.
• Repurpose existing materials into concise, reusable content and ensure accessibility and quality.
• Audit and improve existing learning materials for consistency and effectiveness.
• Help establish templates, standards, and processes for consistent employee learning experiences.
• Organize and maintain the internal learning-content library for easy access by employees.
