US Health Partners, LLC seeks a construction lead to define how we build large-scale infrastructure. You will lead from the field, own the build culture end-to-end, and partner with EPCs/GCs to keep pace with ambitious schedules on flagship projects in SF or TX.

You are an engineer by training, have delivered major capital projects, and push for rapid, practical execution with minimal bureaucracy. This is a hands-on, field-first role requiring travel to sites.
