Job summary

SST Direct is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. You will oversee all phases from planning to execution, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, and drive safety, quality, and performance standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years of experience in large-scale commercial, healthcare, or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business administration or related field preferred (not essential).
• OSHA-30-hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of construction project professionals by setting expectations and guiding development.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution with collaboration across teams, monitor progress, and address escalated issues to ensure timely completion; maintain safety initiatives.
• Oversee and approve procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors to align with work sequences and field requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders using advanced project management knowledge.
• Evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Review comprehensive project documentation for compliance, reporting, and future reference.
