Job summary

Encore Talent Solutions is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects. You will work with project managers, coordinators, contractors, and stakeholders to manage scope, costs, schedules, quality, and safety objectives.

The role emphasizes project reporting, governance, and development of policies, procedures, and training materials, with locations spanning multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in project, architectural, engineering, or technical fields.
• Experience as a Construction Manager, Project Engineer II, Senior Project Developer, or similar role.
• Proficiency with PMIS, scheduling, risk and cost management tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, conflict-resolution, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage priorities under deadlines and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, closeout, and transition to the customer.
• Coordinate scope, resources, and deliverables to achieve safety, cost, schedule, quality, and customer objectives.
• Manage scope changes and align project resources to improve productivity.
• Execute projects in accordance with industry practices and organizational processes.
• Prepare regular reports and project dashboards; track costs and progress.
