Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Laborer to support concrete, formwork, and masonry activities on safety-sensitive construction sites in the San Luis, AZ area. You will assist with preparation, material handling, and equipment during various phases of concrete placement and finishing.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to follow safety procedures. Prior experience and OSHA 10 certification are preferred, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work safely.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare areas for concrete placement and perform grading.
• Assist with form carpenters and concrete operations as needed.
• Move materials and assist with setup and cleanup to maintain a safe site.
• Support masons, carpenters, and finishers as required.
• Promote a safe work environment and report hazards.
