Job summary

RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking a Laborer to join our Texas-based construction team. You will assist on excavation, site prep, and material handling while maintaining safety and quality on diverse projects.

This role requires physical effort, reliability, and the ability to work 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturday. Prior construction exposure is preferred; opportunity for growth within our turnkey infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience within the construction industry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of English to read and understand work instructions and safety information.
• Must be able to follow directions.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job which include walking, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, sitting, squatting, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available for work 5am – 6pm Monday through Saturdays.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to machines and chemicals; high noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Signals operators on machinery.
• Help the journeymen with duties in construction and demolition process.
• Cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate hazards.
• Controlling traffic near work zones.
• May Run the Water Truck.
• Perform any other duties related to the job site.
• Regular attendance required.
• Willing to travel and must be able to supply their own transportation.
