Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer for our project in Lancaster, TX. This full-time position supports the operations team by preparing the site, assisting safety, and moving materials as needed.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of construction experience, be able to lift 50–100 lbs., read and write, and work outdoors in an OSHA-compliant environment. Overtime and weekend hours may be required; the company offers competitive benefits.

• Safety knowledge and general construction understanding.
• Support to field supervision.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods and work in varied environments.
• Able to read/write and communicate clearly.
• Must lift 50–100 lbs. 75% of the time.
