Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join our Operations team on the Lancaster, TX project. This is a full-time position supporting site safety, material handling, and carpentry tasks under supervision.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of construction experience, understand safety basics, and can lift 50–100 lbs. Outdoor work, physical stamina, punctuality, and willingness to overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Possess 1-year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to our field supervision.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

• Help with loading and unloading of deliveries.
