RPM xConstruction, LLC is seeking a Laborer to join our Texas-based construction team. You will assist on excavation, site prep, and material handling while maintaining safety and quality on diverse projects.
This role requires physical effort, reliability, and the ability to work 5am–6pm, Monday through Saturday. Prior construction exposure is preferred; opportunity for growth within our turnkey infrastructure company.

Laborers work on construction projects, and excavations. They may operate a variety of equipment including earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment. They clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, place shoring to support the sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris.
