Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a skilled construction laborer to support daily site operations in Monroe, LA. You will prepare sites, operate concrete tools, and assist with forming and pouring concrete according to project plans.

The role requires ability to read basic plans, follow safety procedures, and work with a team in outdoor environments. Training and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in construction or related field is a plus.
• Ability to follow plans and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites and maintain daily housekeeping and duties.
• Operate jackhammers and drills to break concrete.
• Position and seal structural components and pour concrete.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications for work activities.
• Maintain and repair equipment and perform general janitorial tasks.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and wear PPE at all times.
