Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Laborer responsible for preparing, handling, and supplying materials for craft teams. The role includes loading, unloading, scaffolding setup, ground leveling, and finishing concrete tasks such as vibrating and placing concrete.

Ideal candidates have completed a two-year apprenticeship and may have construction experience. The job requires teamwork, safety focus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with varied benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Two-year apprenticeship completed.
• Experience in construction preferred.
• Ability to operate power and non-powered tools and heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and staging; level ground.
• Tend mortar and grout; move and place concrete.
• Vibrate concrete and ensure proper compaction.
• Maintain safety and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Perform general cleanup and debris removal.
• All other duties as assigned.
