Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a skilled construction laborer to prepare sites, operate concrete and paving equipment, and assist with formwork and finishing tasks. The role requires reading plans, following safety protocols, and coordinating with other craft workers on daily duties.

Responsibilities include site cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and assisting with temporary structures and traffic control near work zones.

Qualifications

• Plan work and select proper tools.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Work at heights without fear.

Responsibilities

• Operate jackhammers and drills to break up concrete or pavement.
• Position, join, align and seal structural components.
• Pour and finish concrete using floats, trowels, and screeds.
• Read and interpret plans to determine work activities.
• Assist with forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE as required.
