Qualifications

• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.

• Clean driving record with at least two years of driving experience.
• Willingness to learn and support team on-site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stage construction materials on site.
• Prepare layout areas for construction activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized job site and remove debris.
• Safely use hand and power tools and assist with basic maintenance.
• Assist with rebar installation, concrete pouring and finishing.
• Support skilled workers by handling materials and measurements.
