Join to apply for the Construction Laborer role at Franjo Construction Corporation.

The primary focus of the Laborer is to assist all self-perform construction disciplines in completing scheduled work. General duties include site housekeeping, material stocking and deliveries, selective demolition, scaffold erection, equipment maintenance, and overall trade support. This position requires working within a 90-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA, at the Pittsburgh office location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site cleanliness and support self-perform trades.
• Handle material deliveries and verify quantities.
• Assist with construction sequencing and selective demolition.
• Set up and dismantle site logistics and scaffolding.
• Ensure safety and proper equipment maintenance.
• Contribute to site organization and logistics planning.
• Perform general safety checks and tool inspections.
• Adhere to safety protocols and complete mandatory training.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
