IFS, a Groundworks Company, is seeking talented Construction General Laborers to join their team in Whiteland, IN.

The Installer is a vital member of our crew who will travel (in a company-provided vehicle) to homes in the area to install foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, and concrete lifting solutions. Candidates with experience in construction, home services, trade work, general labor, or landscaping are a great fit for this position.

Job Responsibilities as a General Laborer:

• Travel around the local area serving customers in their homes, working as part of a high-performance team.
• Assist in installing our products and services under the supervision of trained professionals.
• Be a team player committed to the success of your team and organization.
• Listen well and follow instructions closely.
• Perform strenuous labor daily, knowing that hard work is rewarded.

Requirements to join as a General Laborer - Installer:

• Load and deliver materials from the warehouse to the work site.
• Set up and clean up at the work site.
• Digs and backfills trenches/holes as needed.
• Lift heavy objects.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform strenuous labor under adverse conditions.
• Enter crawl spaces and confined areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical requirements:

• Lift objects up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for long periods, perform strenuous physical labor.
• Use abdominal and lower back muscles to support heavy loads without fatigue.
• Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination required.
• Excellent stamina needed.
• Ability to read reports and data on screens.
