Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Labor Relations Representative for our New Albany, OH project site. You will support project labor relations, liaise with management, craft professionals, and labor unions to promote productive labour-management relations and ensure compliance with agreements and policies.

The role involves administration of labor agreements, workforce planning, and onboarding coordination to sustain staffing for Phase 1 of the Ohio One project.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of labor agreements and labor law principles.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and investigation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Labor Relations Administration: Administer collective bargaining agreements and labor agreements; maintain records and reports.
• Employee and Workforce Relations: Interact with craft professionals, supervision, subcontractors, and unions; assist in resolving concerns.
• Investigations and Compliance: Conduct investigations, document findings, and support corrective actions; assist audits.
• Workforce Mobilization and Staffing: Manage hiring per workforce plans and coordinate onboarding and staffing.
