Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Three years related experience (preferred).
• Complex Accounts Payable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconciles and approves vendor invoices to ensure contract compliance and timely payment.
• Audits work order materials, labor, and equipment to verify invoiced amounts.
• Communicates to external stakeholders about rejected invoices.
• Monitors and tracks post-audit corrections for accurate payment.
• Works independently to resolve invoice issues.
• Demonstrates strong computer skills and quick learning ability.
• Exhibits flexibility and dependability during normal work schedule.
• Prioritizes work effectively.
