Randstad USA is seeking a Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the Regional Finance team with project setup, contract compliance, billing lifecycle management, and AR collections. The role ensures accurate project financials, timely billings, and client payment tracking.

You will review projects, generate invoices, manage AR, and handle procurement tasks in an environment that values detail and organization.

Qualifications

• : Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• : 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Project Accounting.
• : Familiarity with project-based billing methods, contract terms, and client portal submissions.
• : Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Project Billing & Invoicing: Generate draft and final invoices, manage project billing schedules, attach backup, and distribute invoices via client portals.
• WIP & Revenue Management: Review project registrations, track Work-in-Progress (WIP), apply change orders, and set up contract terms.
• Collections: Follow up on past-due invoices, add collection notes, track average days paid, and work with Project Managers to clear AR balances.
• Procurement & Expense Setup: Create purchase requisitions, log receipts, complete vendor onboarding forms, and reconcile office credit cards.
