Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Texas to organize and track the flow of materials, inventories, and shipments for projects. You will oversee storage, ensure accurate records, and coordinate a team of Inventory Specialists onsite.

Responsibilities include processing orders, cycle counts, supplier liaison, and process improvements. Must lift up to 75 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and travel as needed. Proficiency with MS Office is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and verify documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Address issues with damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Lead onsite Inventory Specialists and coordinate work.
