You’ll rotate through fields such as Field Engineering, Project Engineering, VDC, Estimating, Scheduling, Safety, and Quality Control, with mentorship,

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator who works well across teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Participate in jobsite walks, safety meetings, and subcontractor interactions.
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and bid preparation.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Learn and apply construction technologies (Autodesk, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
