Responsibilities

• Assist the estimating team with project takeoffs and document prep.
• Support Preconstruction with takeoffs, estimates, and bidding.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients on projects.
• Track progress, update schedules, and prepare reports.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to planning and budgeting.
• Learn to use construction management software for coordination.
• Assist with site inspections, progress documentation, and safety compliance.
• Monitor plan reading, submittal tracking, and procurement tracking.
