Familiarity with Project Management Software, ProCore is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist Preconstruction team in sourcing quotes for new vendors, subcontractors and materials.
Perform data entry using various computer programs and format material as required.
Help maintain the purchasing vendor database.
Will be responsible for bids, files, and documents.
Interface effectively with staff, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Assist with maintenance of all daily work documentation and other project paperwork.
