Job summary

Okland Construction is seeking motivated interns to gain hands-on experience across Field Engineering, Project Engineering, VDC, Preconstruction, Estimating, Scheduling, Safety and Quality Control. You’ll work with seasoned professionals on real projects in Arizona, with mentorship and exposure to industry-leading processes.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture programs, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture program.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Participate in jobsite walks, safety meetings, and subcontractor interactions.
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating and bid preparation.
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Learn construction technologies such as Autodesk, Bluebeam, and BIM 360.
