You will be assigned to an active site or main office and will assist with meeting coordination, material tracking, documentation, and progress

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program with at least 1 year completed.
• Desire to work in construction management and learn about the industry.
• Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to read and comprehend written information.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with meeting coordination, material tracking, file management, and progress reporting.
• Follow project site signage and supervisor instructions.
• Provide progress reports to supervisor and learn about construction management.
• Relate academic knowledge to work activities.
• Maintain professional relationships with employees, customers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Participate in training, meetings, and orientation.
• Comply with safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Assist with coordination of subcontractor proposals and shop drawings.
• Assist with project close out preparations.
