The role combines client service, policy administration, renewals, and data accuracy across agency systems; a P&C license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing.
• CIC designation or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business and support account retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day admin and customer service tasks.
• Renewals, submissions, and coverage analysis.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and collect overdue balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Communicate workload status with the team.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
