Job summary

You will respond to client inquiries, handle billing issues, process policy changes, and coordinate with producers and client teams to deliver best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment)
• Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with service and risk management needs.
• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth.
• Serve as the client contact to answer questions, resolve billing issues, make policy changes, respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.
