Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety certification required.

• Current first aid and CPR certifications required.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills in HSE oversight.

Responsibilities

• Promote Zero Harm and maintain commitment to health, safety, and environmental protection.
• Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans for construction sites.
• Supervise HSE personnel and contractor HSE staff to ensure compliance.
• Monitor contractor activities for regulatory and project-specific HSE compliance.
• Lead safety inspections, hazard reviews, and work-permit processes; coordinate investigations.
