M&D Building Construction in the Seattle area is seeking a reliable Construction Helper to support painters, carpenters and cabinet installers on residential and commercial remodel projects. You’ll assist with material transport, site prep and clean-up on busy job sites.

No formal experience is required — we’ll train the right person. If you’re dependable, able to lift 50+ lbs, have a valid driver’s license and take direction well, you’ll fit in with our team and gain multi-trade skills.

Responsabilidades

• Pick up, load and deliver materials and tools to job sites.

M&D Construction is a design-build and remodeling company serving the greater Seattle area. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Construction Helper to support our painters, carpenters and cabinet installers on residential and commercial remodel projects.

What you'll do:

• Pick up, load and deliver materials and tools to job sites
• Keep job sites clean, organized and safe throughout the day
• Help with demolition, debris removal and haul-off
• Set up floor and surface protection before work starts
• Help the crew with smaller tasks: sanding, patching, caulking, prep work and carrying materials
• Help with cabinet, trim and door installations as needed
• Do basic cleanup and final walkthrough prep at the end of a project

What we're looking for:

• Reliable and on time. Showing up every day matters most.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Construction experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person.
