Job summary

Autonomy Staffing is seeking dependable Construction Laborers to support projects across the Seattle metro area. This hands-on role offers growth within the construction industry, from site preparation to assisting trades on residential and commercial jobs.

You will perform site cleanup, material handling, load/unload, operate hand and power tools safely, and follow directions from site supervisors while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety vest, work boots, etc.)
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic demolition

• Support carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed

Projects may range from site preparation to assisting trades on both residential and commercial jobs.

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay depending on experience. Weekly pay with direct deposit.
