Job summary

ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking an experienced Construction Carpenter to handle residential and light commercial projects from start to finish. This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone who shows up prepared, works efficiently, and maintains high standards without being micromanaged.

The position is based out of our Woodinville office with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–5pm, and a pay rate of $28 per hour plus uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying site conditions.

• Cabinet and fixture installation.
• Painting.
• Flooring (LVP, sheet, carpet not required but preferred).

Schedule - Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm. Possible on-call opportunities as well.

This position offers $28 an hour, plus uncapped bonuses.

Vacation –
