Job summary

L&L Legacy Construction is seeking a Construction Laborer / Carpenter Helper to join our Philadelphia team. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in commercial construction with opportunities to grow into skilled trades.

You will assist carpenters and supervisors, help load materials, perform demolition and site cleanup, and support drywall, framing, flooring, and finish work on active job sites. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential; OSHA 10 is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but willing to train
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
