Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Construction General Laborer for the Titan's stadium project in Nashville, TN. You will support on-site teams with general labor, site cleanup, material movement, and safety practices to keep a fast-paced construction site organized and efficient.

This contract-to-hire role runs Monday to Friday with evening shifts. Prior experience in general labor on new construction is preferred, and OSHA certification is a plus. Aerotek offers weekly pay and standard benefits.

Job Description

Join our team as a Construction General Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our new construction sites. You will assist with various tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor and cleaning duties as needed.

• Sweep floors and pick up trash to maintain cleanliness.

• Vacuum water during rainy conditions to prevent hazards.

• Move materials from one location to another efficiently.

• Keep the construction site clean and organized.

• Assist carpenters and other trades with various tasks as required.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and general labor.

• Comfortable working on new construction job sites.

• Familiarity with construction safety practices.

• Ability to perform site cleanup and material movement.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Any OSHA or related certifications are a plus.

• Experience performing general laborer duties on a new construction job site is ideal.

• Experience with site clean up is advantageous.

Work Environment

The work environment is based at the Titan's stadium, a new construction project. The role involves working Monday to Friday, from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am. Orientation takes place at 6:30 am on Mondays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
