We are seeking dedicated laborers responsible for all general site work. This role includes a variety of tasks essential to maintaining an efficient and safe construction environment.

• Set up and break down tooling for each workday.
• Assist with sweeping and removing trash or mud from walkways into administration trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness in large, walk-in bathroom trailers.
• Set up and move water pumps on-site for dewatering.
• Assist with snow removal during winter conditions.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• General labor and construction labor experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
• Experience on large commercial construction sites is advantageous.

Work Environment

This is a large construction site with significant traffic and moving parts. Start times may vary between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and workdays can be up to 10 hours long.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
