Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of construction concerns and defects.
• Perform on-site investigations and review contracts and documents, reporting findings.
• Provide expert testimony in legal disputes and insurance claims.
• Develop clear, defendable opinions on construction defects.
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and industry practices.
• Support growth and development of the business.
