You will support litigation and insurance claims with precise reporting and expert testimony. The role requires a PE license or GC license, a Bachelor's degree in engineering/architecture/construction management, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of construction concerns and problems, including active or completed projects.
• Perform on-site investigations and review contracts and legal documents, reporting findings.
• Provide expert witness testimony in legal disputes and insurance claims.
• Develop defendable opinions on construction defects and issues.
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices, codes and regulations.
