Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group seeks a Construction Expert in Colorado to conduct investigations into construction defects, assess complex problems, and prepare detailed reports. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or construction management.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple investigations.
• PE or GC license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of construction concerns and problems, including active or completed construction projects.
• Perform on-site investigations, review contracts and legal documents, and meticulously report findings.
• Provide expert witness testimony in legal disputes and insurance claims.
• Develop and present clear, concise, and defensible opinions regarding construction defects.
• Collaborate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain an understanding of industry best practices, building codes, and relevant regulations.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
• Support business growth and development.
