Job summary

Cleary Building Corp in Mills, WY is seeking motivated individuals for Construction Foreman in Training. This program combines hands-on field work with mentorship to prepare you for leadership of a small crew on pre-engineered post-frame structures.

You will learn to read blueprints, supervise crews, manage safety, scheduling, and project logistics while gaining access to Cleary's structured training and internal programs like MVP and MBA Certificate.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work.
