Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking motivated individuals with construction experience who are ready to advance into a Foreman role through a structured training program.

This hands-on track combines mentorship, leadership development, and job-site experience to prepare you for leadership positions. The program emphasizes learning to lead crews, read blueprints, schedule, and manage projects while working year-round in a stable environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable with heights and all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Maintain reliable, full-time, year-round construction work.
