Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking motivated individuals for a Construction Foreman in Training in Butler, PA. This hands-on program leads you from crew leader to Foreman through mentorship, structured training, and real project experience on pre-engineered post-frame structures.

You'll work outdoors in various weather, read blueprints, supervise a small crew, and develop leadership, scheduling, and project-management skills while advancing within Cleary's established processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience required.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers.
