Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. seeks hands-on construction professionals for a structured training path to a Foreman role in Idaho. You’ll lead a small crew, construct post-frame structures from start to finish, read blueprints, organize sites, and operate tools and equipment in all weather.

The program blends on-the-job coaching with leadership, communication, scheduling, and project management training, with formal internal programs like PHD, MVP, and MBA certificate tracks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to work at heights and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers.
• Construct pre-engineered post-frame structures from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints and building plans.
• Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews.
• Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment.
• Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms.
• Drive a one-ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, full-time, year-round construction work.
